Hi Scott,

I just wanted to drop you quick email to thank you for your help last week. After spending most of the day trying to set up my domain specific emails in Apple Mail I had almost lost the will to live. I know the WA community tells you to ask if you are stuck but I do like to try and work things out myself.

Eventually I had to admit defeat and reached out for help. Within the hour you had responded and linked me in to a 5 minute video tutorial that you produced especially to explain the process. Brilliant, problem solved and I managed to refrain from going bald a little longer! Whats so great about this community is that all of that help and support is given willingly and free of charge.

Thanks again Scott, you know of course there will me more questions in the future!
