OK, so I’ve touted the awesome benefits afforded to you as a member of Wealthy Affiliate. Now I’d like to dig deeper into one of the best tools available on that platform (or separately if you so desire), Jaaxy.
There are several levels of membership to the Jaaxy platform ranging from the free offering, included in a Wealthy Affiliate Starter membership up to an Enterprise level membership for the true power user. Today’s review will focus mostly on the access I have as a Wealthy Affiliate Premium member, Jaaxy Lite.
This post aims to be an overview of what is offered on the platform and will be, for all intents and purposes, exactly what the title implies: Jaaxy, a review.
THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. PLEASE SEE MY AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
At its core, Jaaxy is a keyword research tool. When you are brainstorming article ideas for your website articles, you should be coming up with a core topic, subject or theme to build around.
Let’s say you have a site focusing on drones. Now you want to offer an article around obtaining your FAA drone pilot certificate. That’s a great topic as there are many people out there looking to make money with their new drone. You have an idea, should you just toss a random title up and start writing your post? No. If you do that, you’re doing yourself a disfavor. Take a little time and do some keyword research.
This is where keyword research can really help your site take off. Doing just a little bit of research can mean the difference between getting 10 visitors to your site and 1000. Using just the keyword research feature of Jaaxy can give you insight into how often a keyword is searched for on average, how many other sites are competing for that same keyword, the amount of traffic you could expect to your site if your post ranked on the first page of Google for that keyword and even alternative keywords to consider using instead.
As an example, I searched for “Get your FAA done license”. The results were as follows:
That’s not a great keyword to use. The traffic is way too low to be worth my time.
Some of the alternative suggestions Jaaxy provided were “How to get an FAA drone license” and “Get the FAA drone license”. Let’s take a look at the results for both of those:
How to get an FAA done license:
These aren’t bad statistics. Sure, the competing sites are a little more but the traffic is much better.
How to get the FAA drone license:
Now, for this keyword, the average searches per month and expected traffic is the same but my competition is greatly reduced. Of these 3 choices, I think I found my keyword to use.
This was just a simple example of how keywords research can make a big difference in your site traffic. There were many more alternative keyword recommendations with higher traffic and so on. I just wanted to provide a simple comparison.
OK, so we know at it’s core, Jaaxy is a keyword research tool. That, in itself, is an awesome resource to have but Jaaxy offers so much more. I didn’t want to just type out everything Jaaxy has to offer. I wanted to share each screen so you can see how it looks and get a feel for how it might help you. As such, this section contains a lot of images. I hope you don’t mind. Let’s take a closer look:
I’m not going to say much here as I’ve already touched on this feature above. It is, by far, the most important feature of the Jaaxy platform.
This is a pretty cool feature. Basically you take your keyword that you’ve researched and you toss it into this tool. Using a slider you can choose various numbers or letters of the alphabet and Jaaxy will come up with additional words to add to your keyword to make it more focused or other related terms to consider for your targeted keyword.
As you’re doing your research, you’re probably going to come across several keywords you might want to keep in mind for later use. No problem. Jaaxy offers the ability to save your keyword results into lists and organize them as you see fit.
OK, maybe you weren’t on your a game or maybe you didn’t think that a certain search would amount to anything at the time you ran it and then you thought, “Oh damn! What was that search I performed the other day? I think I have a use for it now.”. No problem. Jaaxy has you covered with search history.
This is a great tool to use for your article research. You can actually search for various keywords and see what’s ranking for that particular keyword on 3 major search engines, it’s position on each engine and various statistics such as word count, number of links and so on.
This feature allows you to search for various items or services and provides a list of affiliate programs, links to those programs and various statistics including commission percentage and so on.
If you’re having a hard time coming up with something to write about or just want to know what’s currently trending, this is the tool for you. It will show you what trending on Google, Alexa, Twitter and even current Amazon best-sellers. With this information you should be able to come up with something to review or write about.
Who isn’t curious about where their posts fall in the search engine results? This tool allows you to enter your keyword and your site URL and then show you your position on the 3 major search engines. You can even see where you fall for other keywords (not just your primary one). It also offers tracking. You can set it up to check your article’s position on the search engines over time to see if it’s climbing, falling or just hanging out.
Jaaxy offers an affiliate program of its own. If you love what it has to offer and want to share it with others, why not make a little money in the process?
With all of the features Jaaxy packs into this platform, there’s bound to be something you’ll need help with at some point in your research endeavors. No problem. Jaaxy offers a great help system that includes text and video tutorials. Don’t forget, if you’re also a Wealthy Affiliate Member, you can reach out to other members for assistance as well. Jaaxy is the tool of choice for WA.
All of these features and more are easily accessible via the navigation bar at the top of the browser window when using the Jaaxy platform.
As you’d expect, Jaaxy comes in many flavors (Starter, Lite, Pro and Enterprise). Let’s take a look at the differences:
This comparison list isn’t even everything!
Yes, of course there are. No matter what you might be looking for, there’s always multiple options to choose from. That said, I don’t think you’ll find a better tool that gives you as much as Jaaxy does.
Do yourself a favor, sign up for the Jaaxy Starter Trial and check it out or, better yet, sign up for the Wealthy Affiliate Starter membership and check them both out. As a WA member, you get access to Jaaxy by default. Play around with the search options, run a few test keywords through the tool and see if it’s something that could help you.
Believe it or not, this is not an exhaustive review of Jaaxy. I just wanted to give you enough information to see what a powerful tool it is and how you can benefit from its use. You have several options when it comes to checking it out so go ahead a pick one and give it a spin. If you find it useful, great. If not, at least you got to take it for a drive and all it cost you was a little time.
Sign up directly here: https://www.jaaxy.com.com or join Wealthy Affiliate and access Jaaxy that way. I recommend the Wealthy Affiliate approach as it not only gives you access to Jaaxy but excellent training, hosting and additional tools such as SiteContent to boot! Either way, I think you’ll be happy that you gave it a whirl.
Do you have experience with Jaaxy? What are your thoughts on the tool? Are you familiar with other keyword research tools? How do they compare? With a title of Jaaxy, a review, did I cover what you expected or could I have provided you with something more? Please let me know what you think by commenting below. I’d love to hear what you have to say.
Thank you,

Overall this is a great article, thanks for sharing.
Hello Alex,
I’m glad you find Jaaxy as useful as I do. Do you happen to have a workflow or any tips/tricks you’d like to share with my readers?
Thank you for taking the time to comment,
Scott
I use Jaaxy myself and found your review to be very thorough and informative. The screenshots helped make your argument nicely as well. I also appreciated how you walked through different examples to explain the process and value of carefully using the data to make good decisions regarding key words. It’s kind of an art, but you broke it down nicely for anyone to understand. It’s easy to see why Jaaxy is such a powerful tool to have in your arsenal.
Thanks,
I try to write my posts like I would talk to a friend. Sometimes I worry that I miss something or don’t explain it in quite the right way. It’s nice to hear from a fellow Jaaxy user that I got the message across.
I totally agree that Jaaxy is one powerful tool.
Thanks for commenting,
