You can’t have a business on the internet these days without hearing about funnels at some point. So, What is Funnel University?

Funnel University (aka FunnelU) is a membership site and training program, much like an online university. It’s tailored toward small business owners and entrepreneurs interested in sales funnels and how to maximize their revenue-generating potential to take their businesses to the next level.

It’s the culmination of Russell Brunson’s decade-plus worth of experiences, co-founding a software company, writing best-seller books and building various businesses all over the USA. This monthly newsletter comes in both a digital form and one that is actually mailed to your home or office. It includes videos where Russell picks two funnels of the month and deconstructs them to give you a better understanding of how they work and how you can use them to your advantage and provides access to all the shared funnels offered.

This is a great way to direct/redirect your prospects to relevant content vs using a one size fits all approach. Imagine having a product or service that fits into several niches and being able to direct a prospect to a page that shows them the item as it relates to how they would use it, based simply on a category they clicked on, etc.

Webinar Replay Chatbox

This tool is pretty amazing actually. It can take the chat information you’ve collected during your live Webinar and replay it when people watch the recording. The effect is amazing. It’s almost as if you’re conducting another live event and the comments give the illusion of interaction during the replay. This actually leads to more sales, almost as much as you see during the live event itself!

Video Image Generator

I want to say this one is sneaky but it gets results. Images increase click-through rates. Video does so even more. This app will place a play icon on your images which can increase the click rate by as much as 3 times. That play button icon, get’s people to click more often than not.

Image Headline Generator

Text headlines are great but catchy graphic-based ones are even better. Colors, arrows, underlines and more help to capture your prospect’s attention. Image Headline Generator makes this a snap.

CF Pro Tools – Value $1997

This is a collection of plugins that save you time and money by performing various tasks on your funnels.

Promo Code

This one adds a promo or coupon code to your order form.

Bump Image

Use this to add an image to your order form’s bump box.

Cart Mode

This transforms your order form into something more reminiscent of a shopping cart. Prospects will be able to add multiple products and change quantities, etc.

Pass Product

This one lets you create buttons on your sales page that automatically add that product or service to your order form.

URL Keyword Replacer

This plugin will grab your keyword form your URL and insert it into the page text. I can see this being useful if you have similar pages but use different keywords in them to grab your prospect’s attention.

Multiple OTO’s

This will increase your ClickFunnels two OTO limit to unlimited.

As you can see, you get quite a bit when you sign up. The amount of information you’ll receive can take some time to digest and really is a learning experience of its own.

Now, let’s see how much all of this will cost…

How Must Does All of This Cost?

Well, if we add up all the values listed in the previous section, we come up with a whopping $9,379. That’s actually not bad for everything you get. I’d even say that it’s a great deal but that’s not what you’ll pay.

At the time of this writing, Funnel University was being offered at $197 per month and there was mention of a limited time chartered subscription running $67 per month. Sadly, enrollment is currently closed so I can’t promise that the pricing will remain the same when enrollment resumes.

Still, at the full $197, you’d have to remain a member for 47 months to hit that grand total and that doesn’t include the magazine annual subscription, which over the three additional years would add another $3891 to the total. Now, if the $67 price is still available you’re looking at over 11 years (again without factoring in the magazine subscription, which the $67 would never add up to in a year anyway) to hit that total. Either way, it’s an amazing deal. Add to that, a free two-week trial and you can’t beat it.

You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck, that’s for sure. Now, let’s see who Funnel University is really for and if you need it to make your business a success or take it to the next level…

ClickFunnels Users

It’s definitely for anyone that uses the ClickFunnels service, as it’s chock-full of tips, tricks, and plugins that directly apply to that service.

Everyone Else

If either of the two categories above applies to you, get on the waiting list and sign up as soon as enrollment opens back up. If not, do yourself a favor and sign up for the free two-week trial anyway. Check it out and then make an educated decision on whether to continue or not. Do You need Funnel University?

The short answer is no. No one needs anything other than food, water, oxygen and shelter from the elements. If you’re a funnel pro, Funnel University may not be for you. That said, no one knows everything and there’s bound to be some tidbit you can glean from this program.
